How to track changes in the localization process

Hi all, I just wrote up a quick article on a helper-script I wrote to help localizers keep track of changes.
This is only the first rough draft of what will hopefully soon become available through manage.py, but till then, I encourage you all to try it out and report back with your findings. I am quite sure it will be very handy even in its present state :-)
