Hi all,

Per our discussion in the past week, I had the BabelZilla folks set up
a test project of Ubiquity commands in Narro. I invite you all to play
around with it. Your BabelZilla login may or may not work... but you
can also just easily create a new login. Here are some example pages:

Spanish progress by file:
http://www.babelzilla.org/narro/narro_project_file_list.php?l=es&p=2&pf=

Suggestion/vote screen:
http://www.babelzilla.org/narro/narro_context_suggest.php?l=es&p=2&f=5&c=64&tf=1&st=1&s=&ci=1&cc=51&o=-1&a=0

This Narro project is *NOT* intended for actual localization now... it
is for testing of Narro only, and we will re-setup the project if we
are going to actually use it.

Narro allows for voting on different translations and debating with
comments, which is nice. I personally might wish multiple strings
could be edited at a time, though. There also seems to be a setup
issue right now where some of our untranslated languages are left
untranslatable.

Please play around with it and let us know what you think on this
thread.

Hi,
I want play with Polish locale, but I don't see any text for translation. Please can you explain how I can do it? How I can upload all files? I have ready to use these fikes.

I just received admin privileges so I was able to try uploading the
pot files for Polish so you can give it a try.

Please keep in mind, Teo, that right now we are only testing Narro to
evaluate the system. I wouldn't recommend you do a lot of localization
there right now.

Hello :)
I would like to give it a try but for some reason I have no access to
the Ubiquity narro installation (nothing for French yet maybe, I
cannot see French in the destination language list)
Please set permission for one of my accounts (either Goofy or
goofy_bz)

TIA

Goofy,

I don't see you listed at all on the Narro install as a user. Please
register to create a test account at http://www.babelzilla.org/narro/.
Keep in mind that at this point we're simply testing Narro... there's
no need to begin serious translation into French. You might as well
play around with another language at this point.

Odd, I just tried to take Narro for a spin to have a better idea and
it appears it's been knocked out and spitting out the following
message:

"An error occured in the application you were using. A detailed report
was sent to developers.

Did Narro get pulled offline or is there something else going on that
I'm unaware of?

I don't know why I had the same issue on my usual profile, but I can
access without prob with a clean new profile. Just try.

I highly doubt this is a profile related issue.
