Ubiquity Meeting notes for 2/18/09

Here's the (very) rough meeting notes I took. If you have any

introduction of mitcho

talked about release plans for 0.1.6 and beyond
* 0.1.7 - launch on wednesday, 2/25 w/ fully-documented feed plugin API
and tutorial on how to make a locked-down feed.
* 0.1.8 - launch on wednesday, 3/4 w/ fully-documened web page feed
plugin and tutorial on how to make a web page feed.
* after 0.1.8, we'll be switching focus to UI extensibility.
* also by 3/4, we should have a design document up that presents
the UI Manager API, which can be used for creating new experimental
interfaces w/ ubiquity.

what are we working on now, short-term?
* christian - code standardization
* fern - email problems, herd, completions
* atul - launching 0.1.6, bug report
* blair - waiting on metrics team for ubiq metrics

I believe that it's in relation to this ticket:

Basically, for tracking Ubiquity metrics, we'd like to use the same infrastructure that Mozilla's metrics team uses to track Firefox metrics, so Blair is waiting on them to get back to him, I think.
