Dear Aicha,
I’m a Ubinetter 2013. I lived in Jean Medecin during the time of the program, so I think I can give you some advices on your questions:
1. There are about 30 persons / floor and about 10 shared WCs, Not always they’re occupied. Or you can run to upper and lower floor to use.
2. There are 1 kitchen / floor. Same 30 persons / kitchen. Students often cook around 7->10PM. So you're better to go early.
3. There are 2 micro ovens, 8 cooking plates, and a washing base in the kitchen. There is no fridge in each room. You have to buy it from some students who leave the advert on notice board.
4. There is a staff for cleaning kitchen, wc, and aisle. All students have to keep the kitchen clean. Otherwise, it’s closed for several days.
5. It’s 45 minutes without traffic jam. The problem is waiting time until you get on the bus. If you go to Sophia before 7h45, there is a big chance to have a seat on 230 bus. Later than 8AM, try to fight to get in the bus, sometimes, it takes me 2 hours.
