Need your help for arrival of next Ubinet class in Sept.

Dear 2014-2015 and 2013-2014 Ubinet students,

we might need your help to .... help newly arriving Ubinet students
when they will arrive in late Sept. Courses are restarting on the 21st,
so I expect them to arrive the week before.

What we need you for is in case some students arrive at CROUS with cash
and no credit cards. Sept. is heavily loaded for us and we (we is just a
handful of persons at most) won't be able to be there at each arrival.
It would be nice if you could help them filling the documents and pay
with your credit card (obviously ;-)) against the cash.

It might not be a lot of students as now the CROUS offers the
possibility to pay online before arrival. However, there will be cases
among the about 20 new students. I will ask them to directly drop a mail
on the mailing list. I will also send a recap of who as problem among
the new students during Sept.
