Dear students,

In order to be able to have a room at Crous during July and August
(likely in Jean Médecin), you need to fill in and send back the form as
explained here:
http://www.crous-nice.fr/
http://logement.crous-nice.fr/fiche/Confirm_Reservation-v2.0.php

The proof of mandatory Master 2 internship (your "convention de stage")
should be one of the mandatory piece to provide.
Be aware that we cannot ensure you a room for the summer if you do not
complete these formalities.

Best regards,
Lucile Sassatelli

Dear Students,

Whatever the Crous residence you are in currently, you *need* to fill in the forms. In any doubts, please ask your dorm keeper.

Best regards,
LS

Dear students,

I attach the form with some explanations. Here is what you need to do to have a room at Jean Medecin for this summer. (Those staying in Les Dolines or Newton do not need to ask for a room this summer ONLY IF the contract rent ends end of August.)

For the others:
- Fill in the form, page 4 is not needed in your case: you only need to provide a copy of the "convention de stage" (from Polytech)
- Apply to get a room next year. Though it may seem unecessary, this constraint stems from political issues with Crous. So do apply for next year, irrespectively of what you plan to do next year. To apply for next year, you have to fill in some online form from Crous website, then print it out and send the hard copies to their address (avenue des Fleurs).

Please let me know in case of problem. If you send all the forms on time, then you should not have any problem keeping a room. If you have some though you have sent your forms on time, we'll step in.

Best regards,
Lucile Sassatelli

Dear Lucile Sassatelli,

I have a question regarding 2nd point (i.e. Apply to get a room next year).
I came across this portal for application. https://dse.orion.education.fr/depot/
I think this is the same form, I filled up for residence enrolment before coming to France in Sep'13.

let me know if this is the correct form to be filled up.

Dear students,

After having received additional questions from some of you, here are some more information:

- It is indeed the same web link as last year for applying for next year.
- The INE number is provided only once to each student. So the second time you need to use the same INE.
- By selecting "Polytech", you only have choice between Les dolines and Newton. This has no impact on keeping the room next summer.

Dear Galyna, Dear students,

Please try to provide the "convention de stage" of *Polytech* (possibly additionally to that of the lab you are in), as it is this convention that specifies that the internship is mandatory as part of your curriculum.

Best regards,
Lucile Sassatelli
