ATENCIÓN PIÑATAS!!
Its that time again! The call of the Playa has begun. Do you hear it?
Will you heed it?
If you do and you will -- Important notes follow below:
1. INFORM ME IMMEDIATELY IF YOU ARE DEFINITELY COMING – via email,
facebook, telephone, anything. Our camp will not exceed 50 people this
year -- and we have many more that have expressed interest. Unless you
let me know immediately I cannot promise there will be space for you.
2. BUY YOUR TICKETS – there are credible rumors circulating within the
BOrg that due to record-setting pace of tickets sales, the box office
might be suddenly shut down and the event declared “sold out” – for
the first time ever. Very credible rumors.
3. PROVIDE ME WITH THE CAMP FEE OF $250 -- via paypal
(bmgo...@hotmail.com), check or bank transfer. This will hold your
place in camp. Until I receive it you’re not really, truly 100%
confirmed. The camp fee has gone up this year in large part because we
expect to improve services dramatically through our new 40' Bus which
is being converted into a high-quality Kitchen/Shower/Water/Electric
infrastructure base. Also, we will have a 2-meal/day mealplan, so
people will not have to bring as much food as in years past.
4. ALSO LET ME KNOW:
-Your Dates on The Playa (arrival, departure and if you will you park
a vehicle in camp)
-Your preferred camp job: Kitchen, Art Car / Projects, Lounge
maintenance.
-If you can come to Sebastopol CA for a minumum of 3 days before (aug
20-28) or 2 days after (sept 5-8) the Burn to help prepare and/or
break down. Remember its super fun and a gorgeous spread and all room
and board are covered. There are also other perks including a
guaranteed bicycle, free ride to/from the Playa and potentially even a
camp fee rebate if we run at a surplus.
5. PINATA'S REVENGE IS OUR THEME -- THNK GARISHLY FABULOUS MEXICANO!

6. GOODBYE TO THIS GOOGLEGROUP:
Due to diminished services offered by Google to Groups like this -- we
are almost certainly migrating to Facebook. Search for the Facebook

Hi Brigham,
Last we spoke you were still the DickTater and now are PapaCheko. I
had such a great time with you and the UberTubers it pained me not to
attend last year so I am committing to joining you this year. I can
also come to Sebastopol for the pre-camp on the 20th. I'll buy my
ticket tonight and get you the camp fee. I'm attending Playa Del Fuego
this weekend in Delaware!

im so psyched youll be on the playa again with us! yay!
and great that you can get to sebastopol too -- its a blast there, and soooo gorgeous. did you go last time? i dont recall.
be sure to join the facebook group. its likely most communication will move over to there soon. but if you have any questions dont hesitate to ask me by email as well. oh, and do please get your ticket and pay me the camp fee quick-ish if you can.

So I wanted to check in with you around this year's fun. A mate of mine from Sydney has received a leave pass from the wife and kids and wants to come to da playa. He's an amazing guy and is ready for fun, after hearing my stories over the years. Let me know if that is cool with you and the crew. I can send over another $250 to secure his place.

Your mate sounds very cool. We'll almost certainly be able to accomodate him (we still have 13 of 50 spaces free), but Id like to give members of this googlegroup -- most of whom have camped with us in the past -- just a couple more days to confirm before I say 100% for certain.
Why dont you plan to paypal me his camp fee on Monday.
And could you have him contact me by email or facebook? Id like to be in touch with him.

Ola Pinata Revengers! I'm so insanely upset to announce that Tita and I can't make it back to Burning Man this year! It pains me soooo much to admit this in writing.... Sniff... Sniff... But yeah funds and the forces just don't allow us to join this year.... We gonna miss you guys soooo BADDD!!!! And all the burning adventures! Know your fellow Pinateess will be there in Spirit and sending their love from Indonesia! I hope the Pinata gets his proper revenge this year! Love to all those who popped our burning cherry last year and made it sooo memorable! Somebody give a hug to Duncan for us! And take good care of our 'Rar' tent. May it provide it's next tenant shade from the Black Rock heat and warmth in the cold of the desert night! REVENGE OF THE PINATA!!!!!!
