Architect Presentations for the New SUB

I two weeks, April 13 -1 5, all UBC students will have the opportunity
to select three architect firms who will be considered for the New
Student Union Building. To prepare for the vote, each architect firm
will be making a short 20 minutes presentation followed by a 25 minute
open Q&A session in the SUB south alcove (the open space behind
Starbucks) next week, April 6 – 9.
This a great opportunity for all UBC club executives and members to
meet and vote for the architects you will be working with very closely
next September to develop the new club and lounge spaces for the New
SUB. We encourage you to forward this invitation to all your members
and ask them to come attend as many presentations as they can. Below
is the schedule for the presentations:
Bunting Coady Architects: April 6, noon
Busby Perkins+Will: April 7, 11 a.m.
Bing Thom Architects: April 7, noon
HBBH+BH: April 8, 11 a.m.
Cannon Design: April 8, noon
Henriquez Partners Architects / IBI Group: April 9, 11:00 a.m.
Stantec Architecture / 3XN: April 9, noon
