Could we maybe compile a wee list of DIY friendly RC shops based in
the UK?
There seem to be loads of shops, but all a bit 'professional' and old
skool

starting with

http://www.buildyourowndrone.co.uk/

:]

Okay I just received a bunch of turnigy stuff off an ebay seller   http://stores.ebay.co.uk/rapid-models-uk    pretty big turnigy and turnigy-esque selection.

it came prompt and well packaged, much MUUUCCH much better than buying from hobbyking and waiting a billion years to get some broken junk.  Now just wait 4 days for the same junk ;]
