More servo outputs on UDB4 - Which pins?

I need an extra servo output on UDB4 to make a total of ten. Any
suggestions on which pin to put it on?

Wow! Nice code passing the pin as a parameter. I would never have
thought of that.
Putting the extra servo on port A1 since LATA1 does not appear in any
of the other code. Patch coming soon.
