Newbie in Calgary looking for others.

I have just purchased a Ardu Hexa from www.Canadadrones.com (great guy
and place to buy from BTW) and plan to use it for video production
works. I am very new to all of this but I am looking for others in the
area to learn with.

I have been involved in the video production side of things for years,
but 2.5 years ago, I had an accident putting me on crutches and in a
wheelchair, sending me to the sidelines. I have hopes that the
hexacopter will give me some abilities that my lack of mobility have
taken from me.

If you are in the area, lets tart talking and see what we can get

I am in Calgary and have recently taken up the hobby of building and flying drones.  How have you progressed in your mission to learn more about the hobby?  I currently have a large quad and am building a hexacopter!  It has been a blast so far and my crashes have been pilot error.

I'm in the same boat, been doing video production for 20 years and have always loved RC too, though haven't played with any copters...

I'm looking into solutions for both free flight and programmable platforms and would love to see your system in action and chat shop sometime..
