Is there anyone still involved or someone actually care about the status
of the website or the direction of the chapter?

Regards,

Sean.

Hi Sean,
I see you have been posting regularly but at the beginning of this term, I posted that I would be less regular due to course activities.
Also, I have noticed you shut down the website. Well, that was your decision and not that of the committee nor the chair.
Anyway, it was a good initiative you made and by offering the website and no one blames you for taking it back.
However, without a website, UoPeople ACM Student Chapter will go on. For the main time, if there is no one regular here now, its certainly because of course work.

Best,
Ateafac
UoPeople Student Ambassador

The course is not that busy.

"Also, I have noticed you shut down the website. Well, that was your decision and not that of the committee nor the chair." - I made it and didn't get any help just being ignored and told to just make it and be quiet.

"Anyway, it was a good initiative you made and by offering the website and no one blames you for taking it back." - Fair enough, they can blame all they like as no one else delivered. Words mean nothing to me.

"However, without a website, UoPeople ACM Student Chapter will go on. For the main time, if there is no one regular here now, its certainly because of course work." - Bullshit, the course work is not that busy. No one cares or bothered. Fact!

Although the opportunity you wanted to step up is available now, I will organise a free host and you can develop it from scratch like you always wanted. Let's see what the people with lots of words are capable of.

Regards,

Sean.

Also Ateafac,

The chair or community have done nothing.

There will be a re-organisation of duties.

The current regime is not satisfactory.

Sean.

To Ateafac,

The site I changed the current implementation of the chapter into is open to all right now.

Sign up and share information...

The chapter site can be created from the ground up as you requested.

I would suggest when creating the site, use php and mysql as they are the most applicable for free hosting deals.

Regards,

Sean.

The last email was aimed at everyone or more specifically the link to the free to use online community.

I'm here. The last few weeks leading up to my finals were stressful. I did look at the site but have not officially logged in yet. Will do so this week and provide my thoughts.

Due to the lack of communication or collaboration the site for the chapter has been shut down.

The change of plan involves going back to the original one that Ateafac proposed; create it from scratch.

I can organise a free host with the login details and the aspiring developers can have at it.

Strappedit.com is mine own thing that anyone is welcome to join...

The chapter does need to be complete though.

Developers! Let's go...
