Hi Sean,

I have been following your updates towards the website project and truly, you have put in so much effort and commitment in duty as webmaster, contributing to the advancement of our ACM Student Chapter.

So far you have done a great job but much still remain to be done because the website still looks like a mockup. For example, if you compare that to other websites or simply, those of other ACM student chapters, you can make a good assessment of what still has to be done.

I suggest you bring up any challenges you have been facing through the development so that we can all brainstorm and find a way forward. However, classes have restarted and I suggest you put more time in your studies and lets use the next term break to do any heavy development.

Best to you for Term 1, 2014,
Ateafac
UoPeople Student Ambassador.

Ateafac,

I appreciate your response and would like to clarify again...

"So far you have done a great job but much still remain to be done because the website still looks like a mockup. " - I am not designing anything, you want a definite visual design then brainstorm it visualise it then supply it to me.

"you can make a good assessment of what still has to be done" - Not designer, I have enough to do besides making design-based assessments.

"I suggest you bring up any challenges you have been facing through the development so that we can all brainstorm and find a way forward." - Read over previous emails they all stated the same thing. A exact plan for all web pages; design, layout, coloring, content (supplied), etc...

"However, classes have restarted and I suggest you put more time in your studies and lets use the next term break to do any heavy development." - Thank you for that but I will have to organise technical development of the website around my own schedule as I have other things to do in all free time life provides to me.

Nothing will be as desired in a visual sense if no plan supplied.

Get the plan sorted please. A request I have stated several times and am truly sick of stating. Thank you.

Regards,

Sean.

An additional note to this...

If we are like this next term break, still going back and forth over the same issues I am going to request that we have another vote to update all the current chapter positions that would include people in certain sectors of the website creation.
