I'm a french Norman who is passionate about wines & spirits. I turned my career into it because I really believe in it. The first step that everyone should take is to surrender to the way things are without making yourself wrong. After that I would get into some good Joe Dispenza meditation (which you can get free ones on YouTube) and start doing 1 per day in the morning. Mindset is just like the physical body, you need to go to the gym a few times before seeing results. After a couple of weeks of meditation you will start to see how you have made peace with your life and you are no longer fighting yourself or the world. In my experience you get full access to the Matrix and life becomes so fun and unpredictable that you never want to get off this ride.
