In Game Settings on Launcher there is only Low and High options graphics in Rendering Quality, but if you go in Documents > FIFA 15 Demo > Open the file fifasetup.ini you see the line RENDERINGQUALITY has the value = 2 even on Low checked on Game Settings, so I tried put 0 and then noticed the game become much smoother with higher FPS due a even more decrease on graphics than the default Low, the most notable thing is the grass which looks almost the same as FIFA 14, with no wear and almost no 3D grass (you just see it when camera is close on field).
I get it, maybe it's useful for those using systems far below the minimum requirements but the resolution must come from EA in the first place. There are reports everywhere (on every major -but not limited to- forum) that people with systems above the recommended one are having difficulties playing the game (that's a very polite way for saying it) because of the stuttering/random freezes/lag.
