We are offering a 24 to 32 months postdoc fellow position at École nationale des ponts et chaussées, Institut Polytechnique de Paris. The research will focus on understanding and improving generative AI surrogate models for numerical weather prediction.

The researcher will be co-supervised by Prof.Marc Bocquet, Dr. Sibo Cheng, Dr. Tobias Finn, in close collaboration with colleagues at École normale supérieure and Université de Toulouse, in the framework of the new DRUIDS project, funded par PEPR Maths-Vives.
