Dear Colleagues,
Non-invasive monitoring of the environment and complex
technical systems is one of the foundations of contemporary
technological progress and development. Driven by the rapid
development of measurement devices, data analytics, and
artificial intelligence methods, the capabilities of
non-invasive monitoring have significantly expanded, with
steadily improving accuracy.
These methods enable reliable diagnostics, condition
assessment, and performance optimization without disrupting
system operation, supporting the development of intelligent,
efficient, and sustainable solutions.
The scientific community requires intensive information
exchange, leading to synergy among research efforts and
accelerated knowledge growth, which in turn promotes even
faster scientific and technological progress.
This Special Issue addresses these needs by providing a forum
for presenting the latest research, innovative methodologies,
and practical applications related to non-invasive monitoring.
We particularly welcome articles on monitoring electrical,
mechanical, industrial, and environmental systems, leveraging
IoT technologies, cloud computing, and advanced artificial
intelligence techniques.
We cordially invite researchers and practitioners to submit
original research and review articles to this Special Issue of
Applied Sciences, and particularly encourage
submissions that integrate theoretical developments with
practical validation and an interdisciplinary approach.
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review
process.
