SETN2026 - Call for Workshop Proposals
The 14th EETN Conference on Artificial Intelligence (SETN 2026) will be held in Chania, Crete, Greece between 9 and 11 of September 2026. SETN 2026 is organized by the Hellenic Artificial Intelligence Society (EETN) in collaboration with the Technical University of Crete (TUC). More information about the conference can be found on the conference website:
SETN 2026 is dedicated to the loving memory of Pavlos Peppas and Themis Panagiotopoulos.
We invite proposals for workshops that examine emerging and innovative topics in the broader domain of Artificial Intelligence. Transdisciplinary topics examining current challenges, theoretical advances, and innovative applications are of great interest.
Submission guidelines
Proposals should include a 1-2 page summary of the workshop theme, the names of (co-) chairs and a tentative list of workshop committee members. The submission – a single PDF file - should clearly motivate the theme and its relevance to SETN 2026, provide a list of specific topics and specify the intended workshop duration (full-day or half-day). Proposers are also encouraged to include a keynote address, panel or demo session if appropriate for the goals of the workshop.
Please submit proposals via email to the PC co-chairs of SETN.
Deadline: April 17, 2026
Notification: April 30, 2026
The venue of the conference will be the Cultural Centre of Chania, kindly offered by the Region of Crete (Regional Unit of Chania), which will be a co-organizer of the conference. To date, Platinum Sponsors of SETN-2026 are Starttech Ventures, Epignosis learning technologies, Yodeck, Κaizen Gaming; while Optasia is a Gold Sponsor of the event.
