TTF generation when spaces are in path

Last bug report of recent finding. It seems that when one has spaces in the file path, even when they are escaped, and one is trying to make TTFs with the FDK, makeotf converts the source TTF file to PS outlines as its output, not doing any of the TTF table copying.
