Hello, 

My name is Raphael Richard, I am the Coordinator of Multicultural and Diversity Programs here at UAB.  Later this month, we are planning a Safe Zone training session for Faculty and Staff.  The presenters of this training session need feedback from students that identify as a member of the LGBTQ Community in order to tailor their presentation.  Please see the message below.  Please send all testimonials tortri...@uab.edu.  Your name will be kept anonymous.

If you can, we would love to hear from LGBTQ students about their lived experience or testimonials about their experience on the UAB campus. In other words, "What is it like to a LGBTQ student on the UAB campus?" We are a looking for short testimonials that would help us frame the training. If these can be collected and sent to us, that would help us to customize the training to address issues that are relevant to your campus.
