Hello everyone!

Living in Limbo: Lesbian Families in the Deep South is tonight, from 6:00-7:00. I hope you can come. The location has changed to the HUC Alumni Auditorium.

There will be free food.

Day of Silence

For National Day of Silence students across the nation remain silent for one day in protest of LGBT youth discrimination. It is coming up on the 20th! We will need table volunteers between 11:00-3:00pm on the 19th and the 20th. We will be giving out buttons and explaining the day of silence. We do not need anyone to stay that entire time, just as much as you can. If you can volunteer for any of the time, please email me at cassw...@gmail.com. I also need some people who are good at drawing/poster-making to meet me at HUC on the 19th at around 10:30 for probably 20 minutes.

If you can not volunteer at the table, please stop by and pick up your button!

Please go to http://www.uabgssa.org/announcements/participateindayofsilence42012 for more information!

This is what the buttons are going to look like: :)

What are you doing to end the silence?
