The IPS (Integrated Planning System) team of the World Bank Headquarters office urgently needs to hire 2-3 high caliber Software Developers with experience in building complex and interactive Adobe Flex applications using Adobe LiveCycle to work for 6-12 months as individual consultants. Ideally, all 2-3 would be working together from one of our Eastern European offices, reporting to our technical team lead based in Washington. The reason for reaching out to individual consultants from Eastern Europe is because of quality issues we have had with all such consultants contracted through firms in the past for this project, and our understanding that such skills do exist in Ukraine.
