Talented Flex Dev Needed!

We are looking for an expert Flex developer. Adobe Flex Builder 3,
ActionScript skills required. Need to be familiar or have done
projects on the cairngorm framework before. This expert will join a
virtual development team and will work from home in the virtual
environment with other developers. This is a job developing an
innovative, cutting edge Flex application for a startup company for
someone who wants to have direct input in product development. It is a
permanent position with the salary paid every two weeks. We are
looking to hire 2-3 developers. You need to be able to work well
independently, be a good organizer and a self-starter, since the
virtual environment provides much more freedom in managing your own
schedule, but requires much more personal responsibility. Please only
