Vacancy Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Ukraine, Kyiv) possible remote

Our project is a service for C2C and B2C segments of the global
online market. It's orientation is a wide segment of customers –
users
of online markets, classifieds, auctions, etc. Project is designed
for
the worldwide usage, starting with the biggest markets: USA, China
and
Western Europe.

Our goal is to obtain the senior position in the worldwide B2C
market,
through taking a significant part of the C2C segment of the most
developed markets.

We are looking for Senior Ruby on Rails Developer.

Requirements for candidates:
-strong Ruby skills, experience in Ruby on Rails
-sharp intuition for how design choices will affect scalability
-strong understanding of REST concepts and HTTP caching
-2+ years Ruby experience; breadth of language experience is a plus
-experience with RDBMS and Unix-like operating systems.
-familiarity with non-relational databases is a plus
-proven experience scaling to tens of millions of daily page views is
a plus
-appreciation for elegance, as well as the quick ‘n’ dirty hack
-involvement in open source projects is a plus
-strong written english is a plus

Salary rate: $2000-3500$, depends on skills and experience.
Office location: in 2 minutes from KPI subway-station.
Company provides required soft and hardware.
