Required Skills:
Strong experience in IT procurement for government agencies
Experience with RFQ, RFP, IFB and bid management
Knowledge of state procurement policies and regulations
Experience processing purchase orders and vendor coordination
Strong documentation and technical writing skills

Preferred:
Experience with NC state procurement systems (IPS)
Ability to interpret contract language and compliance standards
Strong communication and stakeholder management
