Experience with database migration and ETL processes
High availability and disaster recovery (Always On, replication, clustering)
AWS RDS or Azure cloud database experience

Preferred:
Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory or AWS DMS
PowerShell scripting and automation
CI/CD pipelines and GitHub
Experience with large scale database environments
