Title: QA Automation test lead

Required
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or similar
· 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience with managing large enterprise programs
· 1+ years of experience implementing Test Automation framework
· 1+ years of experience in supporting release automation (CICD) and application performance testing
· Listening, communication, partnership, and negotiation skills
· Programming: Java, Selenium and SQL
· Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
· Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
· TFS Jira, Test Management, Ready API, SOAPUI
· Should be able to estimate, forecast resources for the Demand and also work with managers to resource the projects.
· Should be able to take decisions on quality Go/NOGo
Job overview and responsibilities
· As a QA Test Lead of Information Technology at the Client, you will be responsible and accountable for day-to-day supervision and direction of QE Engineer related roles within a specific functional area.
· You’ll directly supervise onsite and offshore Quality engineering professionals.
· In this role you’ll have accountability leading Quality efforts on multiple projects and/or a large program that consists of multiple testing tracks is a must.
· You’ll serve as a spokesperson for the quality and release management team. You’ll works closely with managers and SME Leadership team to influence technical and architectural aspects of computing platforms.
· Accountable for leading quality efforts on multiple projects and/or a large program that consists of multiple testing tracks and applications
· Assist in developing detailed test strategy for managing software builds to be deployed and configured to the stage/production environments
· Closely work with the Release Managers and Operations team for the successful delivery of software deployment packages
· Facilitate the non-functional testing that includes performance, stress and endurance test with application development and non-functional teams
· Research and resolve people and project issues; provide recommendations; escalate to senior management as needed
· Offer creative solutions to solve complex problems such as reacting to technical limitations for test automation, late delivery of QA builds, scope creep, emergency changes, shifting priorities etc.
· Partner with application DevOps teams and build CICD pipeline for the sanity, integration and regression tests in QA and Production environments
