Malware warnings for U494.exe

Recently some members brought to my attention the fact that certain anti virus products were flagging U494.exe as containing malware. I have performed exhaustive scans of this file and my entire system using several different virus scanners. The only anti virus that I have tried that complains about this file is Kaspersky. It doesn't like the file U494Spurt.exe which is contained within the U494 installer. A full scan of my system by Kaspersky only complained about this one file. Since this file is written by me and compiled on my system is seems inconceivable to me that it could be infected when nothing else is.

I have reported this file to Kaspersky as a false positive. We'll see what they say.

Well Kaspersky was certainly fast with this one. I have their answer already.
