90/30 Emulator update

Well, I'm back from vacation and working in the emulator again. I've run into a problem where the GO and CA console commands are returning "JOB NOT FOUND" errors. I'm having a hard time tracking this one down. At the moment I am developing a processor test suite to try and track down bugs in the instruction implementations. I've found a few minor things but nothing that bears on the problem so far.
