90/30 Emulator update 07/23/21

I've been working on the floating point instructions with limited success. Simple stuff like add/subtract/multiply and divide work but the trig routines in the Fortran compiler are doing something weird so they are giving the wrong result. A bit of a head scratcher that is going to take some time to track down.

I've updated the emulator installer with a new version that includes the buggy floating point and also the ability to send printer output from the emulator to a Windows attached printer. Use the Print button in the virtual maintenance panel window.

There is also some rudimentary documentation for the emulator.
