90/30 emulator release

I have created a new release of the 90/30 emulator. It contains a few minor bug fixes and documentation updates. In particular the docs now describe how the run the OS, IMS and the BEM simulator. The default configuration now mounts a second disk (LNS001) which contains my BEM simulator. The source code in LNSSRC is not quite up to date but it will give you an idea. If you want the latest source for everything you will have to download it from Github.

I would recommend uninstalling any old versions of the emulator before installing the new version because I have changed to Start Menu shortcuts somewhat. If you don't uninstall first your Start Menu will be cluttered with the old shortcuts.
