90/30 maintenance panel project

This isn't strictly speaking an emulator related post but I have had a Univac 90/30 maintenance panel sitting in my garage for the last 20 years or so and I always wanted to make the lights blink again. Now that I am retired I have the time to work on it and microcontroller technology has gotten simple enough that even an electronic idiot like myself can understand it. In any case, I have gotten the blinken lights working again.
