I've updated the .u3p file to the latest version and I've made
the .u3p for x64 bit version too.

Click on InfraRecorder 0.46.1 folder and download your version (or
both if you prefer).
If you have already installed 0.46 version from my other post then you
have to uninstall it prior to install the x32 version.
