I have an older Digitech RP150 and would like some help for getting
the delay right for Streets. It does have a modulated Delay I just
need some help on the Time, repeats, depth, and level, and any
suggestions for the EQ, I currently have the ac30 selected as the amp.
Oh and by the way, thanks for giving me access to the group.

I also would like to know where I can get some good backing
tracks. Thanks again.

Hi Randy,

welcome to group.
i would start with set up good basic tone without delay. If you are
using AC30 simulation in digitech, try to tweak sound which is clean,
but when you hit strings stronger it starts to be a little bit crunch
sound, but only just a little. Also if there is some boost effect it
can help maybe if you set boost infront of AC30 sim.
Then set your modulated delay with tempo of backing track, just set 8
dotted time, its around 360ms usually, exact time depends on exact
tempo. but when you will start with 360ms you can tweak time manually
untill you are satisfied how it fits with your playing style.
The modulation is little bit tricky, since every unit has its way how
to set it up. If you can set up frequencie, i like more slower speed
around 2 hz, and depth set by ear so its not out of tune in overall
context.

some backing tracks you can find here http://www.guitarbackingtrack.com/bts/U2.htm
for example

also watch great tutorial from Michael http://www.u2guitartutorials.com/tutorial/where-the-streets.php
there is a lot of information about sound, and you can hear the clean
basic sound of Michael so you can compare it with yours when you will
be creating basic tone.
