Would like to modify Calender slightly

Great calendar and worked first time. Now I'd like to modify it
slightly so I can click forward / backward to other months (and ideally
years but that's less important).

Before I wade in and work through your well annotated code could you
give me a few pointers?

Hello Hugh.
I am not sure how I can guide you, because what you want to do involves
a lot of code modification. The "next month" functionality is nearly
already there, but not a "previous month" feature. I think I would start
by duplicating all the next/this variables, name them "previous" and see
how far this takes me. Of course, all the code logic is directed
"forward" so you might run into problems. If that happens I would start
a whole new project and only reuse the date/time logic code that is
already there.

I know I could have designed this calendar in other (better?) ways, but
I wanted it to be an _event_ calendar, and I didn't see why previous
events would be of interest to people. That's why I focused on this
month and the next.

If you do come up with an alternative calendar, please post a link in
here. It could be of interest to others.

Thanks for the quick reply Terje.

I'll see how far I can get and of course if I succed I'd be delighted
to share it with you and everyone. I'm not a great coder though so I
imagine my efforts will provide more laughter than function!
