Executive Elections!

Have you heard the buzz? Word is U of T B.E.E.S. is scouting out new executives! What better way to build your resume, become a part of the U of T community, learn about bees, and have fun?! I know I can’t think of any!

 

Well, the buzz is true!

 

U of T B.E.E.S. is accepting applications for the 2014-2015 executive positions! All U of T students are eligible to apply, simply fill out the attached “Executive Application” and submit it to bees.u...@gmail.com by January 24th at midnight. Have a look at the attached positions descriptions prepared by the current executives and don’t hesitate to ask us questions…we are really friendly!

 

But wait, what about me? I’m not a U of T student but still have a wealth of knowledge that I think can benefit the club. If this sounds like you, keep reading! U of T B.E.E.S. is always looking for knowledgeable advisors. As students, we are far from expert beekeepers, and although we are active in taking every step we can to fill the missing puzzle pieces, we would love to have you on board with us! Simply fill out the attached “Advisor Application” and submit it to bees.u...@gmail.com by January 24th at midnight.

 

More information regarding voting will be sent out once all applications have been received. However, to get that heart of yours racing, the plan is to share applications via Facebook and our Listserv; formal voting will take place between January 25th and February 1st. New executives will be announced by February 8th but don’t worry! The current executives will mentor and work closely with you until you assume full executive responsibilities in the spring!
