extensions.tzpush.downloadonly doesn't work in 1.9.9.9.7
looking at the source pref.js, it seems to me that the default value is not updated to the local preference

You already attacched a tzpush.xpi working with downloadonly:
- which version?
- is the 1.9.9.9.7 working the same mode?
For me this configuration is important because, using different devices, I had many errors and duplications.
