tzpush extra fields and translations

I just installed tzpush plugin and recognized a field 'Anniversary' which was 'Wedding Day' before with MoreFunctionsForAddressBook installed.
There are some other fields like 'Work' and 'Work Main Phone' (which is what) and 'Fax' which is now shown as 'Home Fax' but should be 'Work Fax' which is then not shown in CardView of Thunderbird. Another lack is that all new fields will not be exported by standard export function of Thunderbird. Last but not least I am missing the german translation of the new fields (I can help for this if you want).
