Observarions of issues with Thunderbird daily builds.

This is an bug report from Thunderbird testing really. I recommend this add-on a lot in support forums, but have found the following issues with it in the Thunderbird daily builds.

Clicking options from the add-on manger interface hangs Thunderbird. Like a modal dialog has been spawned but not displayed. Clicking the options from the menu system opens the TzPush options dialog without issue.

When in the write window auto complete of addresses does not function with TzPush enabled. This has only been in quite recent daily builds.
