Consider
making a podcast. Get an audio, and video recording of the weekly
meeting, and turn that into a podcast that everyone on the Internet
would be able to access. It’s sure to generate more active members in
the area, and around the world. People will want to join the
conversation. Audio and video podcasts, are cheap and easy to produce,
they reach millions of people, and stay around forever on archive. They
have a potential for exponential growth, and to inspire other city
chapters to do the same. It’s like having a worldwide megaphone on a
continuous loop. You have to reexamine your approach, and think of
the best possible ways in which to be more effective. Use technology to
amplify your voice, and facilitate your goals. Record what the team is
already doing every meeting. There is your podcast content.
