IL Adopt-A-Highway Program

I'd like to set this up some time possibly for October. Would anyone be interested in helping me out with this?

This would give us a great chance to display our banner along a stretch of road for people to see AND help out the community at the same time. Also, as a part of the AAH, the state would recognize TZM IL and place a sign along our stretch of highway with our name on it.
