I am gratefully to God to have opportunity to meet all of you, it was not only unique experience but also was the time to learn and network as well. I am proud to be in this team where our main goal is enable others to do great work as part and parcel of interaction leadership program. Its inspiring to see how young steering the developmental wheel for the nation, let’s keep it up. Hongera to all who are doing and planning to influence our country for a positive change.

Great Leaders, Our Mother (Agrippina), Facilitators and Sister Flora, I want to share with you the victory and success of people of Kigogo. Kigogo Residents Development Initiatives (KIREDI) is back but in different name. We have managed to change the name and constitution of KIREDI to Maisha Community Initiatives (MCI) and now we are registered at the national level. With MCI we are working with youth and women as our main beneficiaries. Our mission statement is to facilitate sustainable socio-economic development through information, knowledge systems and sustainable livelihood programs and Mission is to improve the quality of life of our communities in Tanzania.

There is the season and time for everything, I am convinced this is the time and seasons for us great leaders to impact what we have acquired from interaction leadership program to our country, continent and the world as well.
