I think its ok to assume that u were tasked to plan the get together with a date suggested as 9th dec!
I think in view of the group schedule variety , this will be a good time to give suggested plan so that kila mtu ajipange for a succesful get together!
Just thought i would point that out-- while i am analysing my liquidity (:-

thanks Rose for reminder.Had a thought of this and wanted to write an email but unfortunately was slow to do it.

To All: 9th Dec was suggested and very few people have responded. Naomba wadau mkubali basi kama 9 Dec imepita na venue suggestions zianze kumiminika pia.

I would also like mtu mwingine to volunteer help me because my current job is very mean to me.yani 9 Dec najiona kama i might be working coz it doesnt matter tar 1 inaangukia siku gani be it a weekend,sikukuu etc I have to be in the office so tar 1 hadi 8 au 9 huwa ni full working days kwangu from morning to sometimes 10pm. regardless, for those who have been through month end procedures to prepare financial statement mnanielewa.

Ila am giving it my all kuorganize this event.it wil be something simple but nice and enjoyable..

Hi great Leaders,

9th December is confirmed since no one has objected it.

Angela thanks for volunteering,we will work this out together.

sasa people please suggest how you want it to be;

1. an outdoor thing with barbque plus swimming etc OR

2. something simple people chatting and drinking, no nyama choma etc

3. we can go to bongoyo or those visiwas and have a whole day of fun swimming,stories etc.

If we go for option 1 I will need to do costing and get firm confirmation from you so that we can decide how much each should contribute

Option 2 entails us gathering somewhere,have good time and mwishoni we get the bill and split it among us.

Option 3 sina details sana coz i havent been there but will research how it works there.

Please make your suggesstions on those three options and then we move forward.

Kuna assumption kuwa kila aliye kundini anapata mails hizi but lately nimegundua kuwa inawezekana sio effective communication medium may be zinaingia kwenye junk mails and are automatically deleted especially considering the fact kuwa gp ilipitia a long period of silence! Labda njia mbadala ingekuwa effective, to first establish the communication tool then move from there!
