[Tyrs] Tyrs 0.1.3 Release

The release have some new features.

One usefull to make test if you have two differents accounts for
twitter.
$ tyrs -a foo
(or tyrs --account bar)
This allow you to create a account file tyrs.tok.foo and it will use
this creditential to login at the OAuth.

'f' and 'l' follow/leave the current tweet selected (in case for a
retweet to follow the one who make the tweet, not the retweet)
'F' and 'L' will open a small box to enter a name
