[Tyrs] 0.4.1 Release

Hi everyone,

Here come a new release, one month after the last one.

And the usual changelog:

* Version 0.4.1 -- 2011-07-27

* Goo.gl shortener service added.
* Musd.pl shortener service added. (Hobbestigrou contribution)
* Logging system added, with customizable verbosity, stored in
~/.config/tyrs/tyrs.log
* New curstomer_key and customer_secret params for own StatusNet
instance.
* Doc and help screen updated
* Draw a line to mark your last tweets read in previous session
* Updating issues when networks down fixed #83
