[Tyrs] Tyrs 0.1.2 Release

Last version was more about correcting bugs, this one have some new
features. Most importante one are, retweet, clear timeline, force
update timeline, and a character counter. New options aviable, so check
the doc/tyrs.sample.cfg for full details.
For Arch Linux User it's aviable on AUR
