I recently got tazerok from awakening. And I feel like it has the potential to be in some sort of effective wallstall.
This is my initial idea.

Does anyone have any ideas on how this could be done better?

I'm bad at Wallstall, but I don't see Blood Wall that often. Gatling Tower is much more common. Maybe Heal and Cleanse to keep the Assault cards from dying before they activate.

The idea behind blood wall is to provide blanket weaken to the entire enemy assault, as well as provide walls to prevent outflanking. I tried a variant of this in a recent defensive war, my record for that was 4/6 84 points won, 181 lost.
(I wasn't able to use the insert image thing for some reason) Btw, thanks for making my image in op bigger. Is there another post on this forum on how to do that?
I think this one is decent, I made it to help vs. a righteous slowroll where the UB can take down the enemies cards, with 2 rally from noxious dens or from mark of hopes or acropolis, and take down longshot with some extra rally from 2 of the 3 options.

The new one I'm going to test is
This one looks a lot more like a typical wallstall, but I'm not sure how well it will work. My guess is the one that got 4/6 might work better but I'm not sure. Results will be posted once I get them.

On the cleanse thing, I figure there's not much cleanse needed because of the low amount of disease cards. The main threat in my mind is kilgore, and he won't be a threat if 2 blood walls are active.

As usual, post any thoughts you have.

A few thoughts:

  • Is this deck specifically designed to beat something? It should be. You can tell from the crazy stats mission commanders have that autoplay is a significant disadvantage; home-brew defense decks aren't going to beat a wide variety of things reliably.
  • What makes Kleave a better commander than Atlas or Dracorex? His HP is quite low. You wouldn't use Svetlana in a wallstall; why Kleave?
  • I'm doubting the effectiveness of Blood Walls and Landing Pods. "Meat shield" is rarely a good reason to put something in your deck, even for wallstalls. If you don't want to get outflanked, kill things.
  • While a weaken theme is cool, it is threatened by rally; none of your enemy's units will ever be weakened past 0 and they'll just get rallied up again.
I have a feeling replacing Kleave would allow you to replace the Blood Walls/Landing Pods as well and end up with a better deck. I know they're not common cards, but Enclave Signal(s) and Shuddering Keep(s) would definitely kick this deck into overdrive. I'd say Command Center is still better than Blood Wall.

Thanks for the comments aszyre. I have decided on the variant of the deck I will be using while I fine tune it.

This one has gotten 6/2 in the latest war, winning 20+ points for me almost every time. (the points were 118 won and 66 lost) so it seems there are no people surrendering versus this deck.

The way I designed it I was focusing on trying to eliminate threat of my cards dying from strike decks, and be able to break through a righteous slowroll. I haven't really kept in mind any other decks. The kleave protect one gets rid of a lot of the chance of tazerok dying from being played early vs. a strike deck then the tazerok is free to kill everything with the rally it gets, and for that reason I rather like it.
Another win scenario from what I can tell is hope mason being rallied and going straight to commander with flurry, like a rhino.
UB is there to help break through protect and armor with pierce and then the valor (seeing as this is a 3 card deck)

About the homebrew defense deck beating stuff reliably, I completely agree. I made this because I saw potential in tazerok and I had no other options I could make a good defense deck with with my card pool.

Also, I would absolutely love some shuddering keep... That would be awesome. Cards I think that could help this deck succeed from what I know of it are shuddering keep and zarak.

Aszyre, I'm not sure whether what you said in your last post would apply to the new deck I made so I'm going to re-ask for comments and ideas and such.
