Beta testing

Hello all

I have started a discussion in the Kong forum about beta testing future expansions. It started out as a petition to introduce beta tests, but then Pip said they are already in use, so now it's a suggestion to review the scope and purpose of the beta tests.

I won't repeat everything I've said there, because I'm basically inviting all TnT members to come and have their say over on Kong.
