New category groups and categories: cards, conquest wars, and REQUIRED selection

I have made changes that affect everyone, so all users will probably want to read this. (Most posts in "Group management" are irrelevant to the typical TnT user.)

1. The Miscellaneous Category Group has a new Category: Cards.
2. (You might have already noticed that you can view the description of each category from TnT's home page.)
3. Added Category Group: Conquest war
4. Added "General conquest war" Category to Conquest war Category Group (when we now more about conquest wars, we will add more categories to the Conquest war Category Group)
5. Issue: In the settings, I know how to re-order Categories. I have not been able to find a way to re-order the Category Groups, however. Right now, the order of the Category Groups is the order in which the Category Groups were created. This is annoying. Does anyone know how to re-order the Category Groups?
6. Added Category Group: Primary Category Group type
   
1. This Category Group is the only Category Group that a user is required to choose a category from.
2. The Categories are the other Category Groups, plus a two other options:
1. I don't know
   
2. Please create a new category
