Important
Step 14: 99.16% win rate unordered
Step 13: 77.84% win rate in this exact order, but I did not try to optimize it at all
Step 13: 62.85% win rate unordered

This might be a good deck when you don't know which step you are fighting, but no one has proved that there is a good order against Step 13. I use it, and I always win, but I never pay attention to which step I am fighting.

Splinter and Apollo as random and powerful cards against impenetrable quest deck (lol, pun!) is viable choice

However, fairly easily obtainable deck would be
* 6x support carrier
* 3x Bolide Walker
* 1x Titan or Splinter

Korvald as commander (or Stavros, Duncan)
Mimic is surprisingly effective against Impenetrable because Hubard often uses assault cards witj activation skills, including siege

I agree. I think it is important to make sure you can kill Assault Cards (Bolide Walker in the above example.)
